As the mashed potatoes? With a tasty pie

Ingredients 500 grams of mashed 1 tablespoon semolina

3 tablespoons bread crumbs 1
cucchaio
Parmesan 2 tablespoons cornstarch
100 grams of ricotta
fried vegetables salt to taste

2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon of semolina and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese together Mischiatti

Getting Started: saute the vegetables in a pan with a little oil do. I have used Artichoke, a eggplant and asparagus.


Grease and line the mold with the breadcrumbs, semolina and parmesan cheese mixed together.


Mix the sauce with two tablespoons of cornstarch dissolved in 2 fingers of warm water. Add the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, semolina and salt. Place half the mixture into the mold. Place mixture over the layer of vegetables and teaspoons ricotta.



Cover with the rest of the mixture and bread crumbs.


Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.


Before serving let cool a few minutes.
