Hamptons After Prom Houses For Rent

steamed bread flavored with citrus chickpea and spinach

After a long week of absence due to my shoulder every now and then decides to condemn me, today I finally managed to get back in the kitchen.
this experiment was to be a steamed bread but in the end really came good. A little 'ugly to be seen but the flavor is excellent.
The recipe for the bread dough is the same that I used for Muffin pizza. You can use that or do it at your leisure as there are thousands of variations on this mixture.
I've served with chickpea and spinach but is also good alone.

steamed bread flavored with citrus chickpea and spinach

Ingredients

500 grams of bread dough or pizza
1 orange and 1 lemon, preferably organic or untreated
300 grams of boiled chickpeas
250 grams of cooked spinach 1 cup vegetable broth

oil and sal qb

Getting Started: prepare the pizza dough, cook the chickpeas and spinach.

Line the bottom of the steamer (or in my case of a pot for steaming) lemon with an orange slice.

Divide the dough in half and arrange on slices of citrus fruits. Put the lid and cook for 45 minutes.

When the dough will be ready doubled in volume.

To make the chickpea and spinach saute a clove of garlic in a pan for a few minutes. Remove the garlic and add the chickpeas and spinach ciples it has previously boiled. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, go with a hand blender. Add a cup of broth and cook for another 10 minutes.
Season with salt and serve. I put a spoonful of cream on the bottom of the pot and I put on it the steam sliced bread.

A little olive oil and the dish is ready.

good start all week!

How Long Until Nystatin Starts Working On Thrush

Skewers tricolor

A light meal, really tasty with a little olive oil and lots of vitamins!

INGREDIENTS (serves 4)

4 slices turkey breast (or chicken breast, sliced thin)
2 Carrots (sliced)
1 / 2 bag frozen zucchini or fresh sliced zucchini 1 1
/ 2 mozzarella cheese (or light)
1 clove garlic, crushed 1
Nut plant
1 / 2 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoons
skimmed or partially skimmed
few branches of parsley, chives
Timo

Black pepper

PROCEDURE
Clean up all the vegetables, sliced carrots and zucchini and place in a pan where you put the oil and crushed garlic clove. Turn on the heat and let brown for a short time (the oil must not only heat up and fry). Now add a bit 'of water, about 2 cups, and let go. Meanwhile, spread the meat on a shelf (if it's a thin slice not slam with the whisk meat) and fill it first with the chopped parsley and then with bits of mozzarella. Roll up the meat and place it in a skewer. Continue this until you have used all the meat. Add the skewers on the pan along with two glasses of water at this point, however, joined by nut vegetable, whole, not dissolved earlier. Let go until the sauce is not restricted, and at this point add the milk, sprinkle with thyme, chives and black pepper. Turn the skewers so that they cook evenly and sprinkle with the often sughetto.Togliete from the heat when the sauce is a bit 'narrow.
Serve on a nice serving dish and sprinkle again with chopped parsley.
Bon appetit!
