How Long Until Nystatin Starts Working On Thrush

Skewers tricolor

A light meal, really tasty with a little olive oil and lots of vitamins!

INGREDIENTS (serves 4)

4 slices turkey breast (or chicken breast, sliced \u200b\u200bthin)
2 Carrots (sliced)
1 / 2 bag frozen zucchini or fresh sliced \u200b\u200bzucchini 1 1
/ 2 mozzarella cheese (or light)
1 clove garlic, crushed 1
Nut plant
1 / 2 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoons
skimmed or partially skimmed
few branches of parsley, chives

Black pepper


PROCEDURE
Clean up all the vegetables, sliced \u200b\u200bcarrots and zucchini and place in a pan where you put the oil and crushed garlic clove. Turn on the heat and let brown for a short time (the oil must not only heat up and fry). Now add a bit 'of water, about 2 cups, and let go. Meanwhile, spread the meat on a shelf (if it's a thin slice not slam with the whisk meat) and fill it first with the chopped parsley and then with bits of mozzarella. Roll up the meat and place it in a skewer. Continue this until you have used all the meat.
