Pennette whole tomatoes with feta and aromatic

Dear readers (and counting),
need to know that my father is my most trusted critic, Philip. As all the family he's a good fork (in addition to being a good cook) but is perhaps the most delicious of all of us and then when he states that a dietary my plate is good, you can really believe. Whenever the taste then I ask him:''Do you think something is missing? Look like a dish for special dietary uses, or if it tasted by friends if you do not?''. Well, this has been my yardstick for the first course I want to post here ...


Ingredients for 3 people: 210 gr


full of pens 1 box of cherry tomatoes (Abundo Melius quam in deficit)
85 g feta
prepared for a jar of bruschetta (if do not have it flavored with herbs to taste, basil, mint, but also grated garlic and oregano are fine)
Black pepper (But that's fine even chili)

Procedure:

on a baking sheet coated with baking paper, put all the tomatoes that you have first washed and cut into due.Cospargeteli with the preparation for bruschetta or herbs of your choice. Then place the pan in a hot oven and cook the cherry tomatoes at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in unsalted water ... you will not need salt because the feta cheese is already very tasty. When the penne are cooked, drain and mix them with the feta and a good sprinkling of black pepper. At this point, remove the tomatoes from the oven, will be about half their former volume, but if you want more juicy you can simply decide to dry them less. At this point mix the dough well and add yet another dash of pepper and a handful of oregano.
Serve on a pretty platter sprinkled with oregano around .....
