Quiche Nouvelle

But how good puff pastry?
So, I like a lot but is really fat. Not only that, what we buy in supermarkets has within a few months .... the impossible, indeed, perhaps more when I go to the grocery store it takes me ages and why? Because I read all the labels. This is not a good way to grab the first chocolate candy bar that we ... try it too! The pastry they put the incredible, and hydrogenated vegetable fats, a stabilizer, enhancer I do not know, correcting not know what else .... Well we can not so I removed the poison so packaged puff pastry and I sets that when I want to eat it at home! But it's so full of butter that should be done rarely and then to make a simple quiche I found very much healthier alternative ..... Read how ....

ingredients for a dish:

2 medium potatoes
Seasonings Potato or spices of your choice
1 package frozen spinach or fresh
1 egg and plenty 1cucchiaio cottage cheese, or 2 tablespoons of ricotta
20 grams of Emmental light
50 grams of diced ham
A dash of olive oil
A dash of black pepper (optional, I did not put)
Salt


Preparation:
Turn on oven to 180 degrees. Peel the potatoes without washing them (pardon starch, starch that serves as the glue) and a''violina,''a sort of grating with much larger holes, cut the potatoes which should be thin and long, medium and small . Meanwhile, Cook the frozen spinach (or not) in boiling water with some salt. Take a pan, pour a little oil and rub with your hands over the entire surface of the pan, also vertically. At this point, take the potatoes that you cut and lay them all stuck on the pan. Remember that the potatoes with cooking shrink and then you put your stick, you have to form a compact layer but not too high, otherwise our fake puff pastry will be soggy and not crisp as we want. At this point, sprinkle with seasonings and bake potatoes. Assuming that the spinach in the meantime they are cooked, drain them and squeeze them well, put them in a bowl and mix with egg, ricotta cheese (or just cheese) and the ham into small cubes.
