Pokemon Leafgreen Rom

Orzotto with prawns and cherry tomatoes

Also for the series''Valentine & Co.''We have come to the first course. According to our attention to the line I decided not to make the risotto, but usually just a Barley, a cereal very good but requires, like all grains, long cooking times. For this reason, given that this day should be in the company of your boyfriend and do not water vegetation, I decided to use pearl barley''''without soaking the supermarket and you'll find that you can bake as you would a normal risotto, with only a few minutes more.
Serves 2:
140 grams of barley without soaking''''
Ten prawns (But if you prefer something more. They are good also the mazzencolle are a bit 'cheaper)
a nut plant (no monosodium glutamate, check the label)
5-6 tomatoes (again, depending on taste)
Two handfuls of chopped parsley
1 clove garlic (If you are so romantic do not even want it in pan, mash them and then delete it)
½ , Glass of white wine
Black pepper to taste
Some tuft of arugula for garnish

Procedure:
Peel the prawns and evil with a laugh his head off outside, thinking all that you did your ex! Take the heads of shrimp and arrange in a saucepan that filled with water and put on the fire (if the shrimp are frozen I suggest you also make the nut vegetable). This''sauce''has the same function as would a risotto. Take a bigger pot, where barley bake, pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil and garlic (minced or crushed). Let heat and add the tomatoes and divided into four shrimp. Let them cook for a few minutes and when the tomatoes have lost some 'take them out of their juice along with the shrimp and set aside. Drain everything well so that the sauce can be the basis for cooking barley. At this point, add and barley, because I think that you will always be in the company of your boyfriend, pour the entire contents of the saucepan and cook for 30 minutes. Turn occasionally and when all the broth has been absorbed, add shrimp, tomatoes, parsley and black pepper. Serve!

Et Voila!
