The unobtainable phyllo dough ...

Before finding the phyllo dough I think I've shot at least 20 supermarkets (I'm not kidding!) .. Years ago, I always found the lidl but the last time I went to had vanished. Eventually I bought at the Coop in the frozen bank. Too bad it's so hard to find because it is a light meal and very versatile.
fact if you want to tell me that the supermarkets are. :-)
propose to you today as a starter.

Baskets of phyllo dough with beans, cabbage and smoked cheese Roman

Ingredients (for 6 bins)

1 medium cabbage Roman

scamorza 300 grams of beans and salt to taste oil


Getting Started: Boil the beans Roman and cabbage. I preferred to cook both in the steamer for 15 minutes each.

Take a sheet of phyllo dough and fold it in half. Lined previously oiled aluminum molds.


Put on the bottom of the molds of the pieces of smoked cheese.

Dear friends, always there, lately I prepare meals without having neither time nor ingredients .... always the last second and then here come these recipes speedy, light and really could do without all of you need to go out to buy ingredients. The potatoes have very few calories, 71 grams per 100, according to become calorie cooking sauces and boiled, but are very good and very light. Filling, they are rich in vitamins, potassium, minerals than boiling ... but many vitamins are lost and also the cooking time is long so I wanted to try to cook in the microwave. The result is the same as you would with the traditional procedure except that the time is halved and the water-soluble vitamins resist. Ingredients 3 / 4 people

3-4 thin slices of veal

2 carrots 1 onion 1 stalk celery

Procedure (for meat)

Once the potatoes are ready, peel and place in a bowl, mash with a ladle and add salt, black pepper, a tablespoon of olive oil and chopped parsley. Place 1.2 tablespoons for each dish, you can enjoy your meal and enjoy the smell, taste, taste but above all without feeling guilty!

Procedure:

Cheese cake with strawberry



Ingredients 200 grams of philadelphia

Today I offer some delicious finger food (food to eat with your hands). It will be the first in a long line for attending the photo contest "Italian atmosphere" (see banner at right) for bloggers. Thanks to the cute little plates that have sent me to present the recipes in the coming months I think sbizzarrirò with these creations in miniature.
Today I made three different types of balls, all very light and then baked. They are perfect for an aperitif but also go well with eating a mixed salad (I can not wait to come the tomatoes!).
doses are approximate because I do the meatballs always eye regulator too. Just make sure that the dough is sturdy enough to make the meatballs.

Ingredients 300 grams of cooked lentils

Ingredients

300 grams of white cabbage

Soak stale bread in a little milk. Cook the cabbage with steamed potatoes. Place all ingredients in a food processor and mince together. Form the patties with the mixture, arrange in baking pan with parchment paper and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

after the efforts of Valentine's Day finally came back .... you know, I study law so I thought it would be good even graduate! However, apologize for the absence, I think I've created a really good tasty recipe. I fact, we've just had a snack ....

Ingredients:
3 medium-large potatoes (half a potato to consider one, but half goes well, it depends!)
Paprika pepper (Well I do not text but you can also replace it with fresh or with other herbs to your choice)
Seasonings Potato (Or salt)
1 tablespoon olive oil

Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel the potatoes and slice finely (but not too much) by using a slicer (If you do not have it do it by hand but would be much better with the slicer). Then enter the''sheets''in a bowl and mix well with paprika, potatoes and seasonings for oil. I advise you to mix them by hand might otherwise break. Finally, take the chips and put them on the baking sheet covered in parchment paper always faithful. Potatoes should not be overlapped but if you do not have much time to divide them no problem, you bake it anyway. Leave it cooking for about 30 minutes, but be careful because it depends on your oven so they will be ready when they took the typical golden color and the crispness of potato chips. Today's recipe I was inspired by my usual channel surfing between the cooking shows of the weekend. The original recipe was a tiramisu with mascarpone cream with nooks in place of ladyfingers. I have "lightened" the recipe (in quotes because it is not light!) I put the custard flavored with orange. As I have often had the recipe at the end of the camera battery discharge and then you have to put the final photo of evidence that is not the best .. but I assure you it is delicious!

Tiramisu flavored with orange cantuccini

300 ml of orange custard
10 cantuccini

1 cup milk 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 orange
untreated

Getting started: prepare the custard following this recipe. doses and procedures are the same, the only thing that changes is that the milk you have to boil the orange peel and not that of lemon.

Put on the bottom of a casserole (or a pan) and a layer of crushed almond biscuits soaked in milk and sweetened cocoa.


Now put a layer of custard and another cantuccini.


Cover with a final layer of custard.


Serve with a dusting of cocoa and powdered sugar.


If you want to feel more the taste of orange zest in place of a layer of cream and more.

So, I like a lot but is really fat. Not only that, what we buy in supermarkets has within a few months .... the impossible, indeed, perhaps more when I go to the grocery store it takes me ages and why? Because I read all the labels. This is not a good way to grab the first chocolate candy bar that we ... try it too! The pastry they put the incredible, and hydrogenated vegetable fats, a stabilizer, enhancer I do not know, correcting not know what else .... Well we can not so I removed the poison so packaged puff pastry and I sets that when I want to eat it at home! But it's so full of butter that should be done rarely and then to make a simple quiche I found very much healthier alternative ..... Read how ....

ingredients for a dish:

2 medium potatoes
Seasonings Potato or spices of your choice
1 package frozen spinach or fresh
1 egg and plenty 1cucchiaio cottage cheese, or 2 tablespoons of ricotta
20 grams of Emmental light
50 grams of diced ham
A dash of olive oil
A dash of black pepper (optional, I did not put)
Salt


Preparation:
Turn on oven to 180 degrees. Peel the potatoes without washing them (pardon starch, starch that serves as the glue) and a''violina,''a sort of grating with much larger holes, cut the potatoes which should be thin and long, medium and small . Meanwhile, Cook the frozen spinach (or not) in boiling water with some salt. Take a pan, pour a little oil and rub with your hands over the entire surface of the pan, also vertically. At this point, take the potatoes that you cut and lay them all stuck on the pan. Remember that the potatoes with cooking shrink and then you put your stick, you have to form a compact layer but not too high, otherwise our fake puff pastry will be soggy and not crisp as we want. At this point, sprinkle with seasonings and bake potatoes. Well, this has been my yardstick for the first course I want to post here ...


Ingredients for 3 people: 210 gr


full of pens 1 box of cherry tomatoes (Abundo Melius quam in deficit)
85 g feta
prepared for a jar of bruschetta (if do not have it flavored with herbs to taste, basil, mint, but also grated garlic and oregano are fine)
Black pepper (But that's fine even chili)

Procedure:

on a baking sheet coated with baking paper, put all the tomatoes that you have first washed and cut into due.Cospargeteli with the preparation for bruschetta or herbs of your choice. Then place the pan in a hot oven and cook the cherry tomatoes at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in unsalted water ... you will not need salt because the feta cheese is already very tasty. When the penne are cooked, drain and mix them with the feta and a good sprinkling of black pepper. At this point, remove the tomatoes from the oven, will be about half their former volume, but if you want more juicy you can simply decide to dry them less. Ingredients:

3 oranges (preferably organic)

Take a small cake pan, spread on baking paper and cook for about 20 minutes. Check with a toothpick if the dough is ready or not.
Remove from oven and once the cake has cooled, with a long skewer, make a lot of holes over the entire surface of the cake.
Squeeze the orange juice last, stir well with a spoon and slowly pour the mixture over the cake, still handing out the juice with a spoon, being careful so the sauce is absorbed .

A Good Shake! The croque monsieur

you know those people who wake up in the morning at 7, with a smile, now active and agile and say''Wake up sleepy-heads! The early bird catches the worm !!".... Well, erase that image. Every day, the alarm sounds all too soon and throw myself out of bed I need my sister's intervention, or failing that, A GOOD BREAKFAST! For us mere mortals get up is always a trauma and that's why we always want delicious idea that we can attract more than the covers this morning .... to figure out who I was, where I came from and where I was I prepared ......

A GOOD SHAKE

Ingredients:

1 banana 1 apple

1 / 2 cup low-fat milk
A dusted with cocoa powder (which never hurts!)


Procedure:

Peel fruit, cut pieces and put them in a mixing bowl along (Or in a blender) then add half cup of milk. Insert the blender and blend without mercy. The result will be fluffy and inviting, and then I suggest you add a sprinkling of cocoa powder and serve up a glass that makes a good figure!

But let's go straight to the point .... here's a dish of a French magazine, Le croque monsieur, a sort of toast and chock full of processed cheese and fat that I turned into a lunch or dinner, light and low calories!

Serves 1-2 people (depending on the hunger):



Salmon Croque Monsieur:
2 slices whole wheat bread packaged
30 grams of fresh goat cheese (That goodness)
1-2 teaspoons of chives
15 grams of smoked salmon
few rocket leaves
A sprinkling of black pepper
A sprinkling of grated carrot
few drops of lemon

the Croque Monsieur Ham:
2 slices whole wheat bread packaged
30 grams of ricotta
2 Emmental cheese sprinkled Light
15 grams of fat ham


Procedure:

Salmon Croque Monsieur .... Arrange the slices of bread on a shelf, take the goat cheese and chives and mix well together. Spread a layer on the first slice of bread, sprinkle with rocket and lay the slices of salmon to add a few drops of limone.Spalmare the interior and exterior of the other slice with the remaining cheese and close the sandwich. Grate some carrot, some pepper over the last slice of bread and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Croque Monsieur ham ... Arrange the bread slices on a tray, spread the ricotta on the first slice of bread, sprinkle with Emmenthal light and add the ham. Cover with another slice of bread spread with ricotta both internally and externally. Sprinkle a bit of Emmental again on the last slice of bread and bake again for 15 minutes at 180 °.... wait succulent result and serve hot!
